Waterfall Fountains

When it comes to soothing sounds, nothing beats the trickling of a waterfall. For an accent that’s decorative and calming, create your own cascading waterfall that can be used indoors and out.
Waterfall Fountain
Materials Fountain base (Planter, tub or other container)
Decorative element*
Electric screwdriver
Screws
Fountain pump kit
Tubing
Grate, same size as fountain base opening
Decorative rocks

*Tip: We used an old piece of decorative wall art for our waterfall fountain, but customize yours with any water resistant and non-rust material. Try an urn, ceramic sculpture or thin slabs of slate.

Instructions 1. Secure decorative element to the inside of the planter or other receptacle. Depending on the materials, you can use hinges or screw directly to the container.
2. Place pump in the bottom of the container. Attach the tubing to the pump, then thread it through your decorative element.
3. Add water, then conceal the pump by placing the grate in the top of the container. Cover the grate with decorative pebbles, then plug in the fountain and enjoy your waterfall.
